In light of escalating gasoline prices and constrained supply, Toyota is contemplating the adoption of hydrogen as an alternative to gasoline for powering trucks that transport automotive components. The Vice Chairman of Toyota has indicated that harnessing hydrogen energy within the supplier logistics network is also a viable consideration. This initiative forms a component of Toyota's dedication, as a member of the Japan Hydrogen Association, to employ hydrogen energy for 1% of its logistics, fuel, and raw material transportation operations.
