The plan aims to utilize provincial financial funds to support and guide the accelerated development of high-power charging facilities for electric vehicles in Shaanxi. The specifies that from 2026 to 2027, public high-power charging facility projects (including supporting facilities for charging and battery swap stations) that are filed, invested in, constructed, completed, and put into commercial operation in Shaanxi will receive subsidies from provincial industrial coordination funds.
