Nissan and Honda have inked a landmark joint development agreement, signaling a collaborative push towards the standardization of pivotal technologies for the forthcoming generation of software-defined vehicles (SDVs). This partnership encompasses the harmonization of core electronic control units (ECUs), in-vehicle operating systems, middleware, and vehicle control software.
