On August 27, XPENG Motors announced that the new version of the second-generation VLA will be rolled out to Ultra and Ultra SE models in September. The second-generation VLA Lite distilled version will also commence its first batch of rollouts in September, with the XPENG G9L Max version being the first to feature it. The new version introduces the MasterAgent, the brain of the entire vehicle, achieving VLA+VLM driving-cabin integration and bringing some L4-level experiences to mass-produced models.
