On August 27, Xpeng Group announced that the new version of its second-generation VLA and the distilled version of the second-generation VLA Lite will begin rolling out in September. Among them, the distilled version of the second-generation VLA Lite will be first launched on the Xpeng G9L Max version. The new version introduces the vehicle's brain, MasterAgent, enabling the integration of VLA+VLM driving and cabin functionalities, and bringing some L4-level Robotaxi experiences to mass-produced models.
