During this gathering, Xin Guobin, the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, articulated that during the implementation of the "15th Five-Year Plan," concerted efforts would be directed towards refining the governance framework of the automotive sector. This includes advancing reforms for centralized management of production qualifications among automotive enterprises, and streamlining the industrial landscape.

Simultaneously, there will be a heightened emphasis on rigorous access reviews and thorough testing and verification processes for product innovation and design. A firm stance will be taken against allowing any products to penetrate the market without adequate testing and verification. Furthermore, the ministry will ramp up its supervisory and inspection endeavors to ensure product consistency in manufacturing, thereby upholding the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and fostering a well-regulated competitive environment within the industry.
