BMW China has unveiled the inaugural edition of its Q&A session concerning the latest generation of the BMW iX3, revealing that this vehicle will be the trailblazer in implementing a nationwide standardized pricing approach. Within this framework, the costs associated with the base model and its optional enhancements are uniformly set across the entire country, thereby sparing customers the hassle of scouring for price discrepancies among various regions. Customers are now empowered to place their orders directly offline, enjoying a seamless and transparent purchasing experience. The latest model is currently open for pre-orders at the Chengdu Motor Show, with anticipated deliveries slated for November. The introductory prices for the trio of models stand at RMB 269,900, RMB 299,900, and RMB 339,900, respectively, each boasting nearly 40 premium features as standard inclusions. In terms of physical dimensions, the wheelbase extends to 3,005 mm, while the length, width, and height measure 4,885 mm, 1,895 mm, and 1,635 mm, correspondingly. This cutting-edge vehicle is outfitted with a comprehensive intelligent driving assistance system, co-developed by BMW and Momenta, and is constructed upon an 800V high-voltage platform. It promises a CLTC range surpassing 900 kilometers and an impressive energy efficiency of merely 15.1 kWh per 100 kilometers. The dual-motor iteration boasts a cumulative power output of 351 kW (equivalent to 477 horsepower), can replenish its battery for 400 kilometers of range in a mere 10 minutes, and achieves an 80% charge from a 10% state in just 21 minutes.
