Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology unveiled the 410th batch of the 'Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprises and Products Announcement.' Notably, four variants of the new AITO M8, manufactured by HONGMENG I.V., have successfully filed their declarations. This lineup includes two extended-range models and two pure electric models. The extended-range vehicles are outfitted with either lithium iron phosphate or ternary lithium batteries, whereas the pure electric versions boast different curb weight setups, thereby providing comprehensive coverage of dual powertrain options.

From a hardware perspective, all variants are equipped as standard with an EDR (Event Data Recorder) system for recording vehicle event data. Additionally, they offer optional multi-specification wheel rims, side steps, and ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) onboard terminals. The tires come in various sizes, including 20-inch and 21-inch options. With the announcement of this batch, the AITO M8's product range has been further expanded, establishing a dual-layout strategy that includes both extended-range and pure electric models.
