On August 6th, Lei Jun unveiled the 'Research Report on China's Car Retention Rate for July 2026.' This report highlighted that the Xiaomi YU7 boasted an impressive one-year retention rate of 82.8%, securing the top spot among pure electric models. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi SU7 also performed admirably, achieving a retention rate of 75.3%, which placed it fourth overall and first among pure electric sedans. Earlier, in the retention rate ranking for second-hand new energy vehicles in the third quarter of 2025, the Xiaomi YU7 had already claimed the top position with a remarkable retention rate of 99.4%, while the Xiaomi SU7 ranked fourth with a solid 94.8%.
