This behavior has infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of Luobo Kuaipao. Specifically, the Douyin account named 'Actually the Sun**' combined a recording of a driver's grievances with Luobo Kuaipao's video footage, while the account 'Jin*' juxtaposed images of drivers congregating with a deceptive headline. At present, Luobo Kuaipao has initiated legal proceedings against these actions, and the court has accepted the case. The company will persist in monitoring the dissemination of infringing content and will safeguard its rights in strict accordance with the law.
