Jifeng Shares: Secures Designated Projects for VinFast Passenger Vehicle Seat Assemblies

On July 31, Jifeng Shares announced that its controlled subsidiary, Jifeng Seats (Thailand), had recently received two designated project notifications for passenger vehicle seat assemblies from VinFast Trading And Production Joint Stock Company. The subsidiary will be responsible for developing and manufacturing complete vehicle seat assemblies for the client. According to the client's plans, these two projects are expected to commence mass production in August and September 2027, respectively, with a project lifecycle of four years each. The estimated total value of the projects is approximately 270 million yuan.
