On July 30, 2026, Xiaomi held its second Auto Technology Day and unveiled its second vehicle series, SkyNomad (Chinese name “Pengcheng”), marking its transition from Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) to Extended-Range Electric Vehicles (EREV). The series features “smart, adaptable, spacious SUVs” built on Xiaomi's Kunlun architecture, supporting multi-scenario flexibility such as mobile workspaces and in-car cafes. The two models, N70 Max and N90 Max, are priced at RMB 259,900 and RMB 299,900 respectively, with an official launch expected in September. Nomura maintains a “Neutral” rating on Xiaomi with a target price of HKD 33.
