On July 16, it was reported that Pioneer Smart Sensing Technology will unveil its self-developed, world's first verification production line for autonomous mass production of BMS, featuring multiple embodied intelligent robots working collaboratively, at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC). This production line fully replicates the entire precision assembly process of BMS controllers for new energy vehicles. According to actual tests, the success rate of robot operations exceeds 99.9%, with a single-process cycle time of under 70 seconds.
