At the 2026 Shanghai International Die Casting Exhibition, ZHIJIE Auto’s electromagnetic thermal control integrated die-casting component was honored with the prestigious “Gold Award for Die Casting.” This innovative technology ingeniously merges electromagnetic regulation with a nano-thermal control layer embedded within the mold. By harnessing an electromagnetic field, it optimizes the flow of molten aluminum, effectively minimizing porosity. Simultaneously, the nano-thermal control layer dynamically adjusts heat exchange as needed, significantly boosting cooling efficiency.

This groundbreaking approach not only reduces porosity in the castings but also enhances their yield strength by over 55%. Moreover, it seamlessly integrates 78 individual components, reduces the need for welding, and achieves notable weight reduction. Presently, this technology has been successfully implemented in the rear floor of the ZHIJIE V9, fortifying the structural integrity of the third-row seating area and propelling die-casting technology into a new era of precision control.
