On July 13, MINIEYE (02431.HK) made an announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, revealing that the Group has recently entered into a 'Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Comprehensive Autonomous Logistics Operations' with Beijing Kuaijuan Anyun Technology Co., Ltd., known as Didi Delivery. The collaboration aims to forge a long-term strategic partnership by amalgamating resources from citywide freight platforms, L4 autonomous logistics driving technology, and vehicle mass production capabilities. Together, they will drive forward the commercialization and widespread adoption of autonomous urban last-mile delivery services.

MINIEYE is set to supply compliant, mass-produced L4 autonomous logistics vehicles, along with a comprehensive suite of autonomous driving software systems and full-cycle technical support. On the other hand, Didi Delivery will capitalize on its one-stop service capabilities for citywide freight and its intelligent dispatch system to create a seamless, end-to-end closed loop for autonomous delivery orders. This will be complemented by a steady influx of last-mile delivery orders, ensuring a consistent and reliable service.

The two entities will collaborate to offer one-stop autonomous delivery solutions to commercial clients in Foshan, with plans to extend these services to other cities in the future. This partnership underscores a shared vision for revolutionizing the logistics industry through cutting-edge autonomous technology and efficient, scalable delivery solutions.
