In June 2026, Guotai Haitong Securities issued a sponsorship letter, endorsing Wili Drive's plan to issue shares to specific entities on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM, a board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange dedicated to supporting innovative and high-growth startups). Wili Drive is primarily involved in businesses centered around wind power gearboxes. This time around, the company aims to raise no more than 600 million yuan to fund the Wind Power Speed Increaser Smart Factory (Phase I) project and to bolster its working capital. The total number of shares to be issued will not exceed 21,714,900. This share issuance has already gone through the necessary decision-making processes and adheres to regulations such as the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Administrative Measures for the Issuance of Shares by Listed Companies.
