Tesla has delivered a stellar quarterly performance, significantly outpacing market expectations. According to data released on July 2, Tesla delivered a total of 480,126 vehicles worldwide in the second quarter of 2026, marking a year-on-year increase of approximately 25% and a quarter-on-quarter surge of around 34%. This delivery volume is nearly 20% higher than the roughly 406,000 units that analysts had previously projected. In addition, Tesla's installed capacity for energy storage products reached 13.5 gigawatt-hours, reflecting a year-on-year increase of about 41%.
