Xiaomi China has recently undergone a series of key personnel reshuffles across several departments, including the Automotive Sales, Delivery, and Service Division; Sales Operations Division I; E-commerce Division; and New Retail Division. Specifically, Fan Jialin has been appointed as the Acting General Manager of the Sales Operations Department within the Automotive Sales, Delivery, and Service Division, and will report directly to Xia Zhiguo. Chen Munan has been promoted to General Manager of Sales Operations Division I, reporting to Wang Xiaoyan, the Group’s Senior Vice President and President of Xiaomi China. In another significant move, Zhang Jian, General Manager of the New Retail Division, will also assume the role of General Manager of Xiaomi Home. Meanwhile, Chen Kai, the former General Manager of Xiaomi Home, has been reassigned to head the E-commerce Division, also under the supervision of Wang Xiaoyan.
