On June 23, Momenta released its post-hearing information pack on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, officially entering the final sprint ( sprint can be translated as " sprint 阶段" or simply "final" phase in context, but kept as is for precision here) stage of its IPO, with CICC and Deutsche Bank serving as its joint sponsors. The prospectus shows that from 2023 to 2025, Momenta's revenue increased from RMB 743 million to RMB 2.413 billion, with an average annual compound growth rate exceeding 80%. By the end of 2025, the company's cash reserves exceeded RMB 10 billion, with cumulative R&D investment over the past three years reaching RMB 4.66 billion.
