According to insiders, autonomous driving company Momenta is preparing to go public in Hong Kong with a valuation of approximately $9 billion, aiming to raise around $1 billion through an initial public offering. On June 18, the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission released a filing notice stating that Momenta plans to issue no more than 43,754,060 ordinary shares for overseas listing and to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
