Caocao Chuxing has officially rolled out its Robotaxi service in Hong Kong, with the ambition to position the city as the inaugural global model for its RoboX strategy and to delve into operational frameworks for intelligent transportation systems. The company presented China's pioneering, domestically developed Robotaxi, the 'Eva Cab,' as it introduced its RoboX strategy and proclaimed a comprehensive shift towards AI. It is dedicated to constructing a world-class physical AI mobility technology platform. Additionally, Caocao Chuxing unveiled the 'Double 100,000 Plan,' which aims to deploy 100,000 Robotaxis and 100,000 Robovans by 2030. In the first half of this year, the company has been concentrating on its strategic direction, refining its business structure, trimming non-core operations, reorganizing its organizational framework with a focus on AI, and boosting investment in talent and resources in pertinent areas. These initiatives have facilitated the seamless integration of AI capabilities into its business ecosystem, fostering steady growth in its ride-hailing services and laying a robust foundation for its transformation. The Hong Kong initiative will place a premium on investigating the enduring operational capabilities of Robotaxis in real-world traffic scenarios, amassing experience in cross-regional operations under diverse traffic systems and right-hand drive conditions, and offering steadfast support for global expansion. Moving forward, Caocao Chuxing will expedite the execution of its RoboX strategy in additional cities, constructing a global intelligent transportation network that encompasses major cities across the globe.
