On June 11, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in collaboration with the State Administration for Market Regulation, conducted interviews with automobile manufacturing enterprises suspected of participating in irrational competition. During these interviews, the departments mandated strict adherence to relevant regulations, including the 'Price Law of the People's Republic of China' and the 'Provisions on Preventing Low-Price Dumping Practices'. The enterprises were strongly encouraged to enhance their price compliance management in line with the 'Guidelines for Compliance in Pricing Practices in the Automobile Industry'. Additionally, they were urged to strengthen product quality control measures, effectively safeguard consumer rights, and work collectively to foster a market environment that promotes high-quality products, fair pricing, and healthy competition.
