On June 3, Bethel Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd. declared the successful completion of the pivotal delivery phases for acquiring a controlling interest in Yubei Steering System (Xinxiang) Co., Ltd. By the announcement date, Bethel Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd. had secured a 50.9727% share in Yubei Steering, thereby officially assuming the role of controlling shareholder and obtaining genuine operational command over the company. Prior to this, Bethel Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd. had entered into a share transfer pact with each stakeholder of Yubei Steering and secured the necessary antitrust clearance from the State Administration for Market Regulation.
