On May 14, Xinbo Shares (003038.SZ) disclosed that its subsidiary, Anhui Xinbo New Energy Vehicle Components Co., Ltd., intends to invest 100 million yuan in the establishment of a project designed to manufacture one million sets of high-end lightweight aluminum components for new energy vehicles on an annual basis. The funding for this project will be sourced from the company's own funds or raised internally. Targeting internationally renowned automobile OEMs, the project is slated for a construction period of six months.
