Recently, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL), a global leader in new energy innovative technologies, and Turkish automotive brand Togg have officially inked a cooperation agreement aimed at the mass production of the Panstone chassis. Under this partnership, the two entities will concentrate on the collaborative development of three models based on Togg's newly introduced B-class platform. Notably, the inaugural model is slated to commence mass production in 2027.
This strategic alliance represents a pioneering endeavor in China, where an integrated intelligent chassis is being supplied to the international passenger vehicle market. It underscores the triumphant foray of the Panstone chassis, in tandem with China's new energy vehicle industry chain's upstream and downstream partners, into global markets.
