Volkswagen has globally introduced the mid-cycle refreshed version of the ID.3, named the ID.3 Neo. This new model has undergone extensive enhancements, incorporating user feedback to deliver a more refined driving experience. Inside, the vehicle features a revamped interior that reintroduces physical buttons for easier control, complemented by a brand-new dashboard and infotainment system. On the exterior, the ID.3 Neo adopts a contemporary design language, with refined details and slightly modified body dimensions, enhancing its overall appeal.
When it comes to performance and range, the new model is fitted with an upgraded motor that ensures lower energy consumption. It is available in three battery variants, with the top-tier option offering an impressive WLTP range of up to 630 kilometers. Furthermore, the ID.3 Neo introduces innovative features such as single-pedal driving and V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) external power discharge capabilities, adding to its versatility.
The configuration level names have also been refreshed, providing consumers with a wider array of options to suit their preferences. The vehicle is set to hit the European market in July 2026, with a starting price tag of €29,495, roughly equivalent to RMB 237,000.
