Gong Xin, CEO of Caocao Chuxing, revealed that after reducing losses by 49% last year, the company has set a goal to achieve annual profitability by 2026 and expects to ultimately capture more than 15% of the autonomous driving market share. Since last year, Caocao Chuxing has begun to deploy in the field of autonomous taxis, with approximately 100 vehicles currently in operation in Hangzhou. Gong Xin stated that the company plans to expand its business to five to six domestic cities this year, deploying around 100 autonomous taxis in each city. At the same time, the company also plans to enter two to three overseas markets and launch services in Hong Kong. Additionally, Caocao Chuxing will release a specific autonomous taxi service model in the first half of 2026, with plans to start mass production next year.
