On April 10, ECARX Technology formally declared its acquisition of all core assets and operations pertaining to Flyme OS, a subsidiary of the StarRival Meizu Group. This encompasses intellectual property rights, the ongoing management of Flyme Auto, existing customer contracts, and research and development teams. This strategic integration serves as a tangible manifestation of Geely Holding's 2030 ambition, "One Geely, Excelling Across All Fronts."

Flyme Auto, an intelligent cockpit system crafted by Meizu, had already been installed in over 2.26 million vehicles by 2025. The collaboration between the two entities aims to reach a milestone of 3 million units with the Geely Group by 2026.
