On April 9, Joe Tegtmeyer, a drone enthusiast and blogger, posted photos on X from the Texas Gigafactory. The images displayed roughly 60 mass-produced Tesla Cybercabs, neatly lined up in the factory's shipping zone. Some of these Cybercabs showcased clearly visible white seats, signaling the formal initiation of mass production for this particular model. Interestingly, all these real-world vehicles came equipped with steering wheels, contrary to Tesla's earlier declaration of doing away with them. Industry experts suggest that keeping the steering wheel might be a temporary measure to comply with regulatory testing and real-world trial runs.
