Due to the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, which has prevented cargo ships from passing through, Japanese automaker Mazda has halted production of cars for Middle East export at its factories in Hiroshima and Yamaguchi prefectures. These factories have an annual shipment volume of approximately 30,000 vehicles, and currently, the cars cannot be delivered.
