This afternoon, Tesla's official Weibo account revealed that the company's global Supercharger network has now exceeded 80,000 units. On the Chinese Mainland alone, Tesla has established and put into operation more than 2,500 Supercharger stations, housing over 12,000 Superchargers. Additionally, there are over 650 Destination Chargers and more than 2,500 Destination Charging spots available. Tesla's charging infrastructure now boasts 100% coverage across provincial capitals, municipalities directly under the central government, and the majority of prefecture-level cities throughout the Mainland. Moreover, over 950 Supercharger stations are accessible to non-Tesla electric vehicles as well. In 2025, Tesla's Supercharger network delivered a staggering 6.7 terawatt-hours of electricity over the course of the year, marking a new record high. Previously, in November 2025, Tesla had announced that its global Supercharger count had surpassed 75,000, with some charging facilities already constructed and operational on the Chinese Mainland, covering provincial capitals and municipalities directly under the central government's jurisdiction.
