Consequently, when assisted driving is engaged, drivers are required to maintain both hands on the 3 and 9 o'clock positions of the steering wheel. To improve the driving experience, the latest iteration of the SU7, which comes with a carbon fiber steering wheel, now incorporates torque sensing technology. This innovation enables drivers to dismiss hands-off alerts by gently rotating the steering wheel, though occasional false alarms may still arise. It is advisable for users to keep their hands in the correct position when this feature is active and to be ready to assume manual control of the vehicle whenever necessary. Furthermore, the AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking) collision avoidance system in the new SU7 model boasts three primary attributes: a broad speed range, versatile target recognition capabilities, and coordinated multi-functional operation.
