On the evening of March 30, Geely Automobile announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary had signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Volvo Car Corporation, involving the business operations of Lynk & Co Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. in Europe. According to the memorandum, Volvo Car will be responsible for the marketing, sales, and after-sales service of the Lynk & Co brand in Europe to accelerate its scaled growth in the European market. The cooperation covers major European markets such as Germany, France, Spain, and Italy.
