On March 27, XPENG Motors announced in a Hong Kong listing document that, effective April 1, 2026, its Chinese name (for identification purposes only) will be changed from 'XPENG Motors Co., Ltd.' to 'XPENG Group', while its English name 'XPeng Inc.' will remain unchanged. Starting from 9:00 a.m. on April 1, 2026, the Chinese abbreviation of the Class A ordinary shares traded on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will also be changed from 'XPENG Motors–W' to 'XPENG Group–W'.
