On March 27, amid the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference's "Forum on Innovative Development of Cross-border Data Flow," the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) and the European Automobile Manufacturers Association's Beijing Representative Office formalized a landmark agreement: the "Memorandum of Understanding on Promoting Cross-border Flow of Automotive Data and Driving High-Quality Industrial Development." This collaborative framework commits both entities to uphold principles of complementary strengths, resource synergy, mutual growth facilitation, and win-win cooperation.
