Cui Dongshu, the Secretary-General of the China Passenger Car Association, revealed in a recent article that from January to February this year, China's automobile exports surged to 1.55 million units, reflecting a robust year-on-year increase of 61%. Specifically, in February alone, exports reached 750,000 units, marking a 79% year-on-year surge, albeit with a slight 7% month-on-month decrease, indicating an overall strong performance. Focusing on new energy vehicles, February witnessed the export of 320,000 units, a remarkable 120% year-on-year jump. The cumulative exports from January to February climbed to 670,000 units, up 88% year-on-year, showcasing an exceptionally outstanding performance in the export of new energy vehicles.
