On March 18, Faraday Future announced the launch of a share purchase plan for executives and employees. Under this plan, some executives and employees will defer a portion of their salaries to purchase company shares. Specifically, these executives and employees will defer a portion of their base salaries from March 1 to May 31, 2026, with an estimated after-tax amount of approximately $500,000. After the completion of the relevant share repurchases, the company will transfer the repurchased shares to the executives and employees participating in the share purchase plan to fulfill the deferred compensation arrangements, which will be executed in accordance with the terms of the compensation plan.
