On March 15, Lucid Group, Inc. unveiled a comprehensive financial and product strategy aimed at expanding its business scale, accelerating profitability, and achieving positive free cash flow. The company introduced the key technologies and strategies of its upcoming Midsize platform and launched the new-generation Atlas electric drive unit. The platform includes three models, with the first two models, Lucid Cosmos and Lucid Earth, priced below $50,000. Additionally, Lucid is finalizing an agreement with Uber to deploy Midsize platform models on a scale similar to the Gravity autonomous taxi project, with plans to gradually expand. The company also unveiled the Lunar, a two-seat autonomous taxi concept car based on the platform.
