Today, a business cooperation agreement was inked between BYD and JD.com at BYD's headquarters in Shenzhen, marking the joint launch of the nation's inaugural flash charging station. Built upon the concept of "energy replenishment + services," this flash charging station has been transformed into an integrated, comprehensive service hub for "people, vehicles, and energy replenishment." The first Pingshan flash charging station caters to a variety of consumer scenarios and operates around the clock. Looking ahead, the two entities will engage in comprehensive collaboration in areas such as site selection for flash charging stations, harnessing JD.com's resources to expedite the expansion of the charging network and explore a multitude of innovative business ventures.

On the evening of March 5, BYD unveiled its second-generation Blade Battery and flash charging technology, setting a new global benchmark for the fastest charging speed in mass production. Chairman Wang Chuanfu also announced the "Flash Charge China" strategy, with the ambitious goal of establishing 20,000 flash charging stations by the year's end.
