This initiative centers on individual stores as fundamental operational units, empowering exceptional store managers with operational decision-making authority and profit-sharing entitlements. Li Xiang, the CEO of Li Auto, remarked that in the face of pervasive profitability hurdles within the automotive sales sector, the company aspires to nurture a substantial number of store managers whose annual incomes surpass one million yuan through this program. This move is intended to elevate their earnings to two to three times the industry norm.
