Firstly, the company is streamlining its sales organizational hierarchy, instituting a four-tier flat management model—'Headquarters-Region-City Manager-Store Manager'—to bolster decision-making agility and streamline the approval process. Secondly, Li Auto is enhancing store managers' compensation by introducing a partnership scheme, treating stores as fundamental operational entities and enabling top-performing store managers to share in the profits. Thirdly, the company is refining its store network by shutting down underperforming locations, strategically choosing sites for new stores, and focusing resources on tapping into promising markets, thereby reinforcing the bedrock of its retail network. Post-implementation, the satisfaction rate with store operations and maintenance has surged from 76% to 94%.
