This funding initiative was jointly spearheaded by prominent investors Puquan Capital, Momenta, and NIO Capital, with contributions from a diverse array of institutions. Moreover, it received ongoing backing from its existing shareholder, Inception Capital. This latest financing marks OYI Truck's second funding round in the past six months, cumulatively amassing over RMB 1.7 billion.

Established in 2022 by Zehua Huang, Hongsong Zhang, and Wei Zhang, OYI Truck boasts a dedicated team of nearly 300 professionals. The company is primarily engaged in the research and development of new energy heavy-duty trucks and autonomous driving technologies. It has already introduced two successful models to the market: the "Jingzhe" and the "Xiaoman." By the conclusion of 2025, OYI Truck had achieved sales of nearly 1,600 units, experiencing a remarkable month-on-month sales surge of nearly 300% in the latter half of 2025. This impressive performance positions OYI Truck as one of the most rapidly expanding companies within its industry sector.
