Andawell has officially declared that its wholly-owned entity, Beijing Andawell Civil Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., has entered into a 'Procurement Framework Contract for the Batch Production of Kitchen Plug-ins for the ARJ21 New Regional Aircraft Project and the C919 Large Passenger Aircraft Project' with Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The aggregate value of this contract is capped at RMB 497 million (tax excluded). The primary objective of this contract is to delineate the precise rights and responsibilities of both parties involved in the collaborative endeavor to supply components for large aircraft manufactured domestically. The actual sales volume will be contingent upon the subsequent purchase orders received or the specific agreements that are formalized.
