On March 5, Qijing Motors officially announced that its inaugural intelligent shooting brake coupe will make its market debut on March 17. This vehicle is outfitted with Huawei’s Qiankun Intelligent Driving L3-level hardware framework, incorporating the next-generation dual-optical-path, image-grade LiDAR system. This LiDAR boasts the highest beam count (896 lines) among globally mass-produced models, alongside the Qiankun Chitú Intelligent Platform. Leveraging dual-optical-path patented technology, the LiDAR enhances resolution by fourfold and features a more robust and durable viewing window.

Qijing has outlined plans to secure the Guangzhou L3 test license in April, with ambitions to attain the national L3 ToB license by June. The new coupe demonstrates exceptional performance in L2++ functional scenarios. Regarding its chassis, the vehicle introduces the next-generation Huawei Qiankun Chitú Intelligent Platform, which integrates a digital chassis engine and adopts a six-in-one all-domain integrated architecture. This setup is characterized by its high hardware specifications and is backed by a seasoned chassis tuning team, ensuring optimal driving dynamics and stability.
