On the evening of March 4, the new Hyper A800 car made its official debut at the Panyu headquarters of GAC Group. It is positioned as a 'new luxury smart flagship sedan.' The vehicle is outfitted with Huawei's 896-line laser radar and employs a four-laser-radar intelligent driving solution. This setup works in tandem with Huawei's ADS 4.1 and HarmonyOS Cockpit 5. When it comes to power, the A800 is equipped with a three-motor four-wheel-drive system, which is paired with intelligent digital chassis and TVC torque vectoring control technology. The suspension system features a double-wishbone front suspension and a high-performance multi-link rear suspension, along with a dual-chamber air spring and SDC shock absorber. In terms of range, the A800 is equipped with GAC's Xingyuan range-extending system, providing a CLTC pure electric range exceeding 220 kilometers and a combined range of up to 1,200 kilometers. It also boasts a comprehensive array of safety features. The car has a body size of 5130×1966×1500mm and a wheelbase of 3020mm. The new car is available in four different configuration versions, with prices starting at 164,800 Yuan.
