The collaboration aims to merge their core competencies in intelligent driving, intelligent chassis, battery technology, and global industrial chain resources. By establishing a long-term strategic partnership, both entities are set to jointly explore intelligent and electrified solutions, propelling dual advancements in technology and commerce across both domestic and international markets. The focus of this cooperation will span four key areas: collaborative development of intelligent chassis, co-building of the battery swap and mobile power delivery technology ecosystem, scenario-based innovation, and expansion into overseas markets.
