On March 2, GAC Group unveiled its production and sales figures for February 2026. Monthly automobile sales amounted to 86,452 units, marking a 12.43% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the cumulative sales from January to February stood at 203,074 units, reflecting a 3% increase year-on-year. When it comes to the product mix, new energy vehicles emerged as the pivotal force behind the growth, with cumulative production and sales volumes reaching 45,993 and 43,063 units, respectively. These figures translate to year-on-year surges of 24.08% and 48.08%.
