In terms of roadside assistance, the company is offering round-the-clock complimentary services, free from any restrictions on the mode of assistance, frequency of requests, or distance covered. Additionally, customers will receive a 7-day AutoNavi ride-hailing coupon valued at 500 yuan. For vehicles requiring repairs after February 23, Xiaomi Auto will arrange for free delivery to designated cities.

Regarding service responsiveness, Xiaomi Auto ensures 24/7 availability, with a robust network of 275 service centers spread across 158 cities. These centers offer a comprehensive range of repair services, and the APP store continues to operate seamlessly. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, customers are eligible for reimbursement of up to 1,500 yuan for one-way high-speed rail or airfare, along with up to 500 yuan for accommodation expenses, provided they submit valid receipts.

Moreover, Xiaomi Auto has achieved a significant milestone, with its delivery volume surpassing 400,000 units in 2025, securing its position among the top 50 global automakers.
