Xiaomi Automobile has made significant adjustments to its sales team structure, doing away with the distinct sales role specifically for the SU7 Ultra. The specialized "Ultra Master" sales team was officially dissolved at the end of January, transferring the sales responsibilities to the regular sales force. Earlier, Xiaomi had enticed individuals with luxury car sales experience to join its SU7 Ultra sales team by offering attractive salaries. The SU7 Ultra model made its debut on February 27, 2025, and initially enjoyed a robust performance. However, its sales figures took a nosedive thereafter, plummeting from 3,101 units in March to a mere 45 units in December. Despite the annual cumulative sales surpassing the 10,000-unit mark, the second half of the year witnessed sales amounting to only approximately 3,000 units. This strategic move is intended to optimize the allocation of resources and fine-tune sales approaches.
