This morning, Huawei ADS | Qijing unveiled the fourth episode of its "Answering Netizens' Questions" series, spotlighting the rigorous winter testing phase of Qijing's inaugural shooting brake coupe. The extensive testing regimen is set to extend until March, with the dedicated testing team operating concurrently at three key locations: Nuogan Lake in Hulunbuir, Yakeshi, and Heihe. These sites serve as the backdrop for thorough low-temperature performance assessments of the new vehicle model, subjecting it to the harshest of cold conditions, plummeting to a bone-chilling -40°C. A comprehensive test report is slated for release thereafter.

The testing endeavors are meticulously focused on pivotal domains such as energy management systems and powertrains. A total of 1,093 test scenarios have been meticulously designed to encompass a wide array of performance validations and real-world driving conditions over complex terrains. This ambitious testing campaign involves the deployment of over 50 specialized test vehicles, supported by a formidable team exceeding 150 professionals.

Qijing's maiden model has already undergone exhaustive testing across the length and breadth of the country. It boasts the integration of Huawei ADS's cutting-edge L3-level conditionally autonomous driving hardware architecture. The vehicle is poised for its official market debut in June of this year, marking a significant milestone in Qijing's journey towards automotive innovation.
